Product details
The disc mill produced by our company is a small-scale grinding equipment that can be used for grinding and sampling solid samples in laboratories, as well as for small-scale material grinding production. It is the main equipment in industries such as metallurgy, geology, mining, building materials, chemical engineering, and some large and medium-sized universities' laboratories or laboratories.
Disc millMainly used for crushing and grinding medium or above hardness metal or non-metal ores, common materials include barite, calcite, diamond sand, silicon carbide, potassium feldspar, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, titanium dioxide, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, white cement, lightweight calcium carbonate, gypsum, glass, manganese ore, titanium ore, copper ore, chrome ore, refractory materials, insulation materials, coal gangue, coal powder, carbon black, clay, talc powder, shells, resins, iron oxide, red yellow marble, quartz, and more than 500 kinds of non flammable and explosive mineral materials and chemical raw materials with hardness below the Mohs 7 line and temperature below 6%.
Disc millStructure and principle:
disc millIt mainly consists of the body, base, spindle, movable grinding disc, fixed grinding disc, end cover, upper cover, and hopper. The body is installed on the base; Its transmission part consists of a main shaft, bearings, a dynamic grinding disc, and a pulley; The studio consists of end caps, adjustable shafts, fixed grinding discs, movable grinding discs, and feeding ports. When the disc crusher is working, the motor transmits power to the transmission part through a V-belt, causing the moving grinding disc to move relative to the fixed grinding disc, thereby crushing the incoming material. Material crushing is carried out in the workshop. The material enters the hopper from the feeding port above the end cover and enters the middle of the two grinding discs through the feeding port. Due to the squeezing and grinding effects, the sample is crushed. The crushed sample flows out from the gap between the two grinding discs and falls into the hopper below
disc millPrinciple of regulating mechanism:
The disc mill can adjust the fineness of the material by rotating the handwheel during use. The principle is to rotate the handwheel to move the adjustment shaft forward or backward, thereby adjusting the gap between the two grinding discs and adjusting the particle size of the material.
